Trent Microcore 2Y is a light bodied solvent deposited oily film, temporary corrosion preventative suitable for Ferrous components, to give medium/long term inter-operational protection.
Trent Microcore 2Y is designed to offer inter-operational protection when applied correctly to Ferrous components. This product is manufactured using hydrocarbon distillate and contains highly refined mineral oil of low aromatic content and specially selected corrosion inhibitors.
Trent Microcore 2Y will provide up to 24 months rust protection of parts (indoors) depending on storage conditions.
Application
Application can be made by brush, cold dip or spray. The film is thin clear and oily, this can be removed if required by using an Alkaline Cleaner, Hydrocarbon Solvents or Vapour De-greaser.
