Overfilling can cause foaming, pressure build-up, leaks, and overheated gears. Proper fill levels should always be maintained to avoid damage.
Store in a sealed container away from moisture, temperature extremes, and direct sunlight. Gear oil should remain clean and dry—contamination with water or particulates reduces performance and service life.
