Trent Microturn 1812 Plus is manufactured from the highest quality solvent refined base stocks and special additives. Trent Microturn 1812 Plus is a high sulphur and chlorinated extreme pressure and lubricity enhanced neat cutting oil.
Application
Trent Microturn 1812 Plus is based on blended mineral oils and selective additives, it is a clear brown coloured fluid-containing specially selected chlorinated and sulphurised extreme pressure additives. The additive system selected for this blend provides extreme pressure properties along with high levels of lubricity which help extend the tool life and offers a good surface finish to machined components.
Trent Microturn 1812 Plus is recommended for a wide range of steels (but not yellow metals) and various machining operations.
