We are pleased to announce that as of the 2nd Sept 2024, Trent Oil
officially acquired Coolant Management Services Ltd.
The synergies between us made the acquisition a relatively straight
forward one. Both companies holding the values of high level customer
service with quality oils backed by a level of expertise in coolant
management which have helped many companies get the most from their
oils and coolants for many years.
With this acquisition we hope to offer an even broader range of high
quality oils, lubricants and services to benefit all those that have been
with CMS Ltd.
We at Trent Oil’s would like to take this opportunity to thank Rod, Sue and
Robert for their effort over the years. It’s been their endeavours that have
made the company what it is today.
